The biggest advantage of kiln scanning system is non-contact, besides, its infrared temperature measurement, fast and accurate running, long life time and real non-destructive testing, these above features will solve all difficulties during temperature measurement. The inside high-speed rotating brushless DC motor drives scanner probe rotating. The scanner probe scanners one circle will form a temperature scanning line of kiln shell. The scanning frequency is 25-50 lines/s, each scanning line consists of 3072 hot points. One circle of kiln scanning is one scanning cycle. All collected infrared lines will be transferred to the computer by a special software. Data is calculated and analyzed by the software, will display on the computer in thermal image form.
